The World Order is set to change, because Latveria, a very closed nation in Eastern Europe, seems to have kidnapped one of the most powerful beings in the World. Apparently, the country's leader, the mysterious Doctor Doom, wants to use him to strike the free world. So, unofficially, the US government sends its best Black Ops team, the Thunderbolts, into the country to solve their problem. However, nothing will happen as planned and Doom has nothing to do with Sentry, because in fact he was forcibly reconditioned by Hydra, who wants to take possession of Latveria and its technology ! If the Thunderbolts fail to stop this, the world order will change... and not in a good way !
