The Oscorp company is bankrupt, and Norman doesn't know what to do, so he finds the same poster that Luke Cage and Frank Castle found on the street. And to prove he's useful to the Thunderbolts, Norman sneaks into another military base and steals the technology he financed and assumes the green goblin identity!
