Synopsis

Leo, Raph, Donnie and Mikey are four mutated turtle brothers who live in the sewers beneath New York with their father, a Japanese warrior who was mutated into a rat following a violent battle with an enemy from his past. The turtles find their true calling when they find out about strange, glowing ooze being shipped in secret across the city, which leads them to investigate TCRI, a shady tech company in partnership with creepy criminal underworld kingpin, The Rat King.

Description of Splinter's Old Enemy (Flashbacks):

Master Splinter tells his four adopted sons the truth about his past relationship with Oroku Saki, better known as "The Shredder". He reveals he had a daughter named Miua with the woman he fell in love with before Shredder killed her out of jealousy, and stole Splinter's baby daughter from him, raising her as his own and teaching her the way of the Foot Clan, a Japanese assassin syndicate that is beginning to make its way to New York.
