Fan Casting Atomic Skull in The Superman: Dark Reflections

Psychopath mercenary employed by Mayor Luthor as the leader of his Guardian Corps. After Superman's debut, he's given powers by Luthor in order to make him able to bring him down. This causes Michaels to become disfigured and lose his sanity, finally declaring himself a god and killing Mayor Luthor. He leads a brutal takeover of the city before being defeated by Superman and his allies.
