Synopsis

A series following Randolph Carter, a young antiquarian and alum of Miskatonic University with an interest in the occult. The first arc will cover the events of the titular short story, while subsequent storylines will adapt Carter's further appearances in the mythos including "The Unnamable", "The Dream-Quest of Unknown Kadath" and "Through the Gates of the Silver Key."

A "fairly 'hard-boiled,'"middle-aged and decently sophisticated World War I veteran and member of Boston's artistic community. He meets and befriends Richard Pickman while working on a monograph about weird art.
