Synopsis

Devastated by the death of George Stacy, and Gwen becoming depressed. Peter, now in college, has been thinking of hanging up the mask and dropping out of being a superhero. But when a mysterious figure known as The Green Goblin threatens everyone close to him, he must defend his loved ones from this new enemy.

Description of The Final Showdown:

At a new, crudely constructed hide-out of his, Norman works on a glider and new suit. Spidey sneaks into the hideout and ambushes Goblin. A final showdown Peter stops beating Norman up after the fight, but Norman tries killing Peter with his glider only for his own creation to kill him instead.
