Synopsis

2 years after New York was attacked by the Green goblin, Peter Parker has been protecting his city as the one and only, Spider-Man. While Peter is fighting crime, Dr. Curtis Connors has developed a serum to regrow limbs using reptilian DNA, but when he tries it on himself, he turns into The Lizard and begins a maniacal plan to turn everyone else into lizards. Meanwhile, Peter starts to get interested in his classmate and friend, Gwen Stacy. Connors finds out about this and kidnaps Gwen and demands that Spider-Man meets him at the top of the empire state building. Peter starts to work on a cure to save both connors and Gwen. He meets the both of them at the top of the empire state building and spider-man and the lizard fight, Peter is able to inject Dr. Connors with the cure, but it is too late, Connors drops Gwen off the edge of the empire state building but Peter saves her just in time.
