Born into a world where the government passed a law legalizing the genocide of mutants before humans and mutants were forced to team up for survival, Shard and Lucas were recruited into the Xavier Security Enforcers to protect Xavier’s dream. With her photokinetic absorption ability, Shard became the youngest recruit ever to become a commanding officer of the XSE before the Bishop siblings were transported to the present day.
