Decades after the 1990 movie The Death of The Incredible Hulk, Bruce David Banner, the son of the late David Banner, and Jasmin, his mother, are on the run because Bruce’s mutation turns him into the Hulk whenever he gets angry or outraged, and are pursued by a rogue USSR organization that Jasmin was a part of and US Government Colonel Glen Talbot.
