Now prisoners of a special branch of the US government, the Slashers, along with other prisoners, have no choice but to serve as an elite team to take down a terrible threat. "Kept on a leash", they are sent to deal with a band of terrorists who refuge in woods in Eastern Europe, but nothing will happen as planned !
