As Lisa and Milhouse rush to keep the town together and Maggie goes with Snowball IV and Santa's Little Helper try to keep the Nuclear Power Plant from melting down, Bart tries to rekindle a romance with Jessica and Grandpa gets a battle for the ages as he squares off against Fat Tony and the malignant aliens Kang and Kodos.
