A troubled New York detective named Eddie McMatterhorn and his best friends and partners, Peter Jenkins, Fred Archibald and Paul Hanks, look for a case to solve that his daughter Laura got for her birthday: it's her new stuffed animals: Poppy Cat and her friends, Alma, Zuzu, Owl and Mo! When they come to life and run away, they go on a big adventure to solve the case of her missing stuffed animals, but they have to watch out for Egbert, he teases them a lot! Eddie and his girlfriend, Maya Evans and they get married at their wedding and they all have a party with the mystery solved and Egbert destroyed. Isn't that good?
