In this reboot of the beloved Schmitmar universe, they take on a whole new medium: premium television. After the death of his brother Ben, Adriano Schmitmar finds himself in charge of a failing restaurant and having to bring it back up to speed himself. He works alongside his sister Molly Ringwald Schmitmar, his sous chef Tanya, as well as other deep and complex yet wacky side characters to make this restaurant into his dream spot “The Schmidt”.
