Anti-hero and sometimes friend to the Flash. A really good actor here should help developers Barry Allen. I want Captain Cold to be a leader of his own team of villains. A group of 4 with Captain Cold, Golden Glider, Mirror Master, and Heat Wave. Good comic relief out of the group.
