Synopsis

Based loosely on the novel. The Scarlet Pimpernel is not one individual but a shared identity. Sir Percy Blakeney and his wife Margueritte were the first Pimpernels leading double lives as part of the British élite. They donned the red capes and masks to save the people of France, whether noble or peasant from the Reign of terror. Now as conflicts and crime spring up both at home and beyond, the Symbol of the Pimpernel is more important then ever. They recruit likeminded men and women to double as agents a protect the helpless. Events would encompass, the french revolution, Napoleonic wars, and the War of 1812.

Description of Patrick Rhys:

Irish circus performer who is recruited to conduct recon for the League along with his wife Saoirse. He is an excellent actor and master of disguise who can infiltrate the strangest places. He gets a hard time for how often his wife saves his life.
