Synopsis

Based loosely on the novel. The Scarlet Pimpernel is not one individual but a shared identity. Sir Percy Blakeney and his wife Margueritte were the first Pimpernels leading double lives as part of the British élite. They donned the red capes and masks to save the people of France, whether noble or peasant from the Reign of terror. Now as conflicts and crime spring up both at home and beyond, the Symbol of the Pimpernel is more important then ever. They recruit likeminded men and women to double as agents a protect the helpless. Events would encompass, the french revolution, Napoleonic wars, and the War of 1812.

Description of Lady Marguerite Blakeney:

Formerly a French stage actress who fell in love with Sir Percy during one of his early visits to Paris. After the Revolution broke out in France, she urged her now Husband to act. Together they began orchestrating the rescue of the wrongfully condemned as Scarlet Pimpernels. She is now the Spymaster of league who dispatches their operatives on covert missions while gathering knowledge in high society.
