Based on the Saxon stories by Bernard Cornwell. The TV adaption, the last kingdom, is a brilliant portrayal of the story, but whilst the actors look great, they don’t always match the books description of their counterpart, so this is a book accurate casting based on looks and also personality/actor’s style.
