Fan Casting Doctor Destiny in The Sandman (1996)

John Dee, more well known as Doctor Destiny, is the main antagonist of The Sandman. A brilliant but twisted mortal scientist, who takes the mythical Dreamstone (also known as the Materioptikon), one of the sources of Dream’s powers, to twist the subconscious minds of his victims into horrific nightmares of which they are all trapped, in order to become a god-like figure.
