Kendrick and Dennis are two boys with different personalities, one is an old-school badass and one is a psychopathic mess. One is an Outlaw, One is a Bandit. Kenny was the great Police Officer in Rosebuds until one day the Police accused him of killing his compatriots in a warehouse in Tybur's Commemorative Dock. After that, Dennis suggesting him to make a vigilante movement to help police fight crime for good. Although Kenny already suspected that Dennis is the one who killed the police back then, he still trust him for their good.
