Synopsis

After Ratigan's defeated Basil, a little mouse boy who met the toymaker's daughter is helping from the America to come. 15 years later, he discovered Ratigan's brother, Lars, who helps by him for the aid about Basil of Baker Street, the rodent world's answer to Sherlock Holmes. The case expands as Basil uncovers Ratigan is alive from his death to a plot against the President of the United States himself.
