A sequel to The Terror Of Frankenstein and a loose remake of 1958's The Revenge Of Frankenstein. While being led to his execution, Victor Frankenstein is helped by Fritz Bergman, another scientist interested in Frankenstein's findings. Moving to a new village, withe Frankenstein under the new name of Dr. Hans Stein, the pair plan to continue the former Baron's experiments. All the while, Frankenstein's former servant, Karl Igor, and former friends, Henry and Margaret, begin to suspect that Victor isn't dead.
