Synopsis

After joining the Scarecrow in his mission to shape Gotham into his own image, Jason Todd has finally found someone with the same goal as his, that being, of course, to kill Batman. Meanwhile, Bruce Wayne, who found out who the Red Hood really was through seeing his fight with Barbara Gordon through her mask, decides that it is time that he puts an end to Jason's acts of terrorism across Gotham and goes to the Justice Building alongside Dick Grayson and Clark Kent, better known as Nightwing and Superman, as well as Green Arrow, to try and steer Jason in the correct path. But will they succeed in doing this, however?

Description of Roy Harper (Red Arrow/Arsenal):

Alongside Jason and Artemis, Roy Harper, otherwise known as the Red Arrow, begins to see that forging his own path has gone too far for the worse, as he does not believe innocents have to die, despite disagreeing with Green Arrow on the fates of different criminals. But unlike Jason, Roy chooses not to fight Oliver Queen, instead surrendering to him, apologizing for the arguement they had the day they parted ways, and eventually, helping Green Arrow, Batman, Superman, Nightwing, and Wonder Woman defeat Scarecrow before his plans can be fully enacted.
