Synopsis

After killing Black Mask and paralyzing the new Robin, Tim Drake, Jason Todd has parted ways with the Suicide Squad, now building a group of his own Outlaws in Gotham City. But, while focusing on his forming his own team, the Red Hood has not forgotten about his targets, and has his eyes set on the Joker as his next victim of unbridled revenge. After all, he was tortured beyond repair by the infamous Clown Prince of Crime...

Description of Willis Todd (The Wingman):

One day, in his free time, Jason decided to take Roy Harper with him on a mission to rescue his father Willis Todd from Arkham Asylum, with Jason believing his father would be an excellent member of the outlaw team. And they succeed, bypassing security cameras, killing all the guards outside, and breaking Willis out of his cell in the dead of night. At first, Willis is hostile towards the Red Hood, but when Jason unmasks himself, Willis is overcome with joy, as tears form in his eyes, saying he's proud of his son for following in his footsteps. After this, Willis takes on the alter ego of "the Wingman" in his son's outlaw team.
