Synopsis

After killing Black Mask and paralyzing the new Robin, Tim Drake, Jason Todd has parted ways with the Suicide Squad, now building a group of his own Outlaws in Gotham City. But, while focusing on his forming his own team, the Red Hood has not forgotten about his targets, and has his eyes set on the Joker as his next victim of unbridled revenge. After all, he was tortured beyond repair by the infamous Clown Prince of Crime...

Description of The Joker (Main Villain):

After fully assembling the team he calls "the Outlaws", Jason now begins his hunt for the Joker. With some trouble, including almost being entirely fooled by a decoy, the Outlaws eventually catch up to the Joker himself, who has pipe bombs placed under the floor, alongside some criminals serving as bodyguards. Eventually, however, the Outlaws mow through these bodyguards, and after beating the Joker to a bloody pulp, Jason briefly unmasks himself so the Joker knows who he is, before pulling the trigger and shooting the Clown Prince of Crime through the head, killing him.
