Synopsis

After killing Black Mask and paralyzing the new Robin, Tim Drake, Jason Todd has parted ways with the Suicide Squad, now building a group of his own Outlaws in Gotham City. But, while focusing on his forming his own team, the Red Hood has not forgotten about his targets, and has his eyes set on the Joker as his next victim of unbridled revenge. After all, he was tortured beyond repair by the infamous Clown Prince of Crime...

Description of The Fake Joker (Decoy):

During the hot pursuit for the Joker, Jason and the Outlaws stumble upon a room where they think the Clown Prince of Crime is located. Red Arrow uses one of his gadgets to tie the Joker up, while Jason and the others begin interrogating him. But they quickly learn the man they are interrogating is merely a decoy, and Jason slits the clown's throat, before they continue on with finding the real Joker.
