Synopsis

After killing Black Mask and paralyzing the new Robin, Tim Drake, Jason Todd has parted ways with the Suicide Squad, now building a group of his own Outlaws in Gotham City. But, while focusing on his forming his own team, the Red Hood has not forgotten about his targets, and has his eyes set on the Joker as his next victim of unbridled revenge.
