Tamara is a kind and friendly teenage orphan who dreams of becoming a ballerina like her late mother. One day, after her late mother gave her a pair of rainbow ballet slippers as a birthday present, she put them on. When she tries on a pair of sparkly rainbow shoes, she and her best friends, Sienna and Tyler, are whisked away to a fantasy world of ballet. There, Tamara discovers that she must dance in her favorite ballets to defeat her evil rival Abigail and her evil rich mother.
