When a Hell's Kitchen bar explodes, the Punisher is drawn into a gang war over $10 million supposedly left by the hated late crime lord Nesbitt. As rival Irish gangs—the Westies, the River Rats, Finn Cooley's crew, and Maginty's outfit—battle for the inheritance, Frank teams with MI6 veterans Yorkie Mitchell and Andy Lorimer to hunt Finn Cooley. But the money is a final trick: a bomb meant to cleanse Hell's Kitchen from beyond the grave.
