Synopsis

In Season 3 of "The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder," Penny Proud and her family are back with even more laughs, adventures, and drama. This season introduces new characters, including The Watterson Twins and Dylan. The Watterson Twins are the newest students at Penny's school, and they quickly become popular due to their outgoing personalities and unique style. However, Penny soon realizes that they have a dark secret that they're hiding from everyone. Meanwhile, Dylan is a mysterious new student who catches Penny's eye. He's quiet and reserved, but there's something about him that draws Penny in. As the season unfolds, Penny and her friends navigate their way through middle school, dealing with everything from crushes and school projects to bigger issues like cyberbullying and social justice.

In the revival, Zoey has grown significantly taller, appearing to be around six feet tall. Her clothes are the same style and are now light green and olive green respectively, with her skirt having a small slit along the right side, she now wears light green platform sandals with ribbons that wrap around her calves, and she now has a blue denim jacket. Her glasses are light grey, and her hair is now worn parted to the left side of her head.
