Keith "Cat" Alex Blitzer (22 May 1943 - 1 January 1973) was the keyboardist of Unity Five; an ad-hoc country/pop band started three years before the disaster. In the mid-1960s he was part of another band called Chains, which was an early rendition of heavy-metal.
