Shortly after the events of "The Dark Army", while the world is still struggling to digest the fact that "monsters" exist, a threat hovers over France, but the country can always count on its greatest monster hunter, nicknamed the Phantom of the Opera. He, although working alone, receives a little help from the French secret services, including a young woman reminding him of his fiancée, who has long since died. However, he cannot allow himself to be distracted, given that certain monsters threaten the country for which he fights with talent, being a source of nightmares for these enemies !
