The police in Idaho are investigating a case of a homicide of 4 young girls, the crime scenes are wildly unusual, leading authorities to believe the suspect can’t possibly be human. But no animals fit the bill either, so the community believes it to be a monster they refer to as The Peeler, due to all the victims being completely skinned from head to toe. read more

Description of Officer Higgins:
Higgins is the lead officer on the case, he doesn’t believe these claims of an inhuman monster. After seeing all the crime scenes and evidence, he’s absolutely shocked. His determination to find the killer separates him from his family, and starts changing him psychologically.
