Luz Noceda and his friends are travelling to Vienna this summer, however when Vee was chased by Jacob Hopkins, she met Frank Moser, a agent from the Kriminalpolizei, which they learn that Jacob is in a criminal organization led by Philip Wittebane AKA Belos, Odalia Blight and Leonid Koskov, an ex-general that became an international terrorist. They didn’t realised that Philip is still alive and he’s planning to conquer the entire world, so Luz and his friends are going to stop Belos once and for all.
