He assembled Jefferson Pierce/Black Lightning, Brion Markov/Geo-Force, Gabrielle Doe/Halo, Tatsu Yamashiro/Katana, Rex Mason/Metamorpho, and Emily Briggs/Looker. Their first major mission deals with trying to defeat Baron Bedlam in Markovia.
