He and his other friends, being the only other well-known residents of Auradon other than the Nobodies, are taken hostage by Whitney and her crew for the Stone of the Believer which was gifted to Claude and the other Nobodies at the end of the first film as a gift to say "thanks for not letting us die at the hands of your seriously messed up parents."
