Synopsis

Outside of normal time and space, two opposing worlds, New Genesis and Apokolips, have been in conflict for as long as you can imagine, before an apparent moment of peace sealed with a pact between their leaders. But that wouldn't last forever, amidst the Lord of Apokolips' quest for absolute power, and his equally strong ambition to subdue his rival world in the process. In a chaotic scenario like never before, the son of one of these leaders, a renegade Furia and other characters who will accompany him on his journey, will see the chance to rewrite their own history, and that of the endangered universe. Because when heroes fall, gods rise. Based on Jack Kirby's iconic Fourth World, 'The New Gods' takes place concurrently with the events of 'Justice League: Darkseid'.

Description of Big Barda (Barda Free):

A member and second-in-command of the so-called Female Furies of Granny Goodness, Barda was raised in a gestation lab on Apokolips, but naturally, but Darkseid took her from her mother before sending her to Goodness's orphanage, without ever having known his biological mother. She and Scott became friends from the moment they met, and eventually lovers. The relationship of the two is the center of the plot, where the film begins precisely showing the escape of Mister Miracle and Big Barda from the clutches of Granny Goodness, while also understanding what is happening outside their world - and how they can help.
