This is the story of the human boy named Tom Canty is with his friends, Gonzo and Rizzo, as the two pauper's households with the evil father, John Canty (Dan Stevens), while he is with Gonzo and Rizzo to visit Edward Tudor, Prince of Wales, to make the switch places. The Prince is with Gonzo and Rizzo to the streets of London. Tom meets King Henry VIII (Guy Pearce) to protects the royal family. Tom and the Prince are going back to switch away after the King died to the Prince's throne to become a king.
