But before they could retire indefinitely, old arch-nemesises break free from the Mermalair prison, Man-Ray and the Dirty Bubble plotting to take over the world! Now Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy must suit up once again defeat the E.V.I.L., but because they're old it's gonna take forever to get there!
