In Oz, everyone can become a hero
A year after the previous film, peace in Oz will soon be disrupted by General Jinjur, a strong woman controlling an army of clones of her, created by the witch Mombi, who wants to besiege the Emerald City. However, Tip, the young boy forced to serve Mombi, steals his magic wand and goes on a journey to warn the scarecrow, hoping to meet his heroes to save this country.
