The movie is about a hero named Flain who is a member of a race of creatures from another universe known as the Mixelverse he and his friends live together in tribes and have elemental powers but Flain and his friends can also combine their powers by using the Cubit which is one of the most powerful bricks in the multiverse for many years before Flain was born the Mixels had used the Cubit to protect their world from the king of the Nixels a tyrannical mastermind who wants to bring the Mixels to the brink of extinction and conquer the multiverse by corrupting the Cubit so he can use it’s power to make himself unstoppable king Nixel and his minions were eventually defeated by the maximum Mixel and banished to the endless void but one day while imprisoned king Nixel had found a way to travel the multiverse by generating a black hole as he and minions had traveled to the LEGO cinematic universe where Emmet and his friends were living peacefully until the Nixel empire began it became a hard time for All of the inhabitants including Emmet and his friends as they were taken from their homes and forced to work as Slaves for the Nixel empire luckily one day they had enough of the Nixel empire after the heroes discovered the Mixelverse and its inhabitants inspired by Flain who wants to be a true hero Emmet created a portal gun to bring them to the Mixelverse to teach Flain and his friends how to become true heroes so they can take down the Nixel empire and save the multiverse
