Emerald Empress is a 30th Century super-villain who casts energy blasts using the Emerald Eye of Ekron, acting as an antagonist to the Legion of Super-Heroes. Her partners make up the dangerous Fatal Five, including Mano, the Persuader, Tharok and Validus. They are some of the most ruthlessly sadistic wanted criminals in the United Planets.
