This is an unofficial project and is not affiliated with the original creators. Through our own story, we aim to bring the original series to a new generation of viewers and create new, exciting content for longtime fans of the original series. Avatar: The Last Airbender and The Legend of Korra are two shows that revolutionized the way many Americans view cartoons. Borrowing themes and animation styles from Asia, creators Bryan Konietzko and Michael Dante DiMartino pushed the limits of mainstream television to create a children’s show that challenged young viewers to consider complex themes and ideas like egalitarianism, theocracy, terrorism, and globalization.
