When asked to join several other heroes to go on a diplomatic mission, Bruce agrees, only because peace is the goal. They attend several events where they meet with heroes from other nations, such as the canadians Alpha Flight and Captain Brittain. Eventually they are asked to go to Russia. Since Sam Wilson hasn't officially been announced as the new Captain America yet, they get someone else to take up the role in Russia, who wouldn't cause a fuss, John Walker.
