He is no longer an antagonist, but he isn't such a nice guy to heroes either. The act of mercy he only does is warning his men to not attack Banner. But he grows tired of Talbot's nagging on how the Hulk is dangerous to the point where he wants to demote him. Ross goes with his daughter on their search for Hulk after Talbot's attack on Banner, leading to Bruce's disappearance.
