Bruce Banner is in a lab accident which gives his split personality power turning it into the Hulk.
With the help of his girlfriend Betty, Bruce searches for a cure. But General Ross and the government wish to weaponize the monster. A soldier sent by Ross named Emil Blonsky wants to claim the power for himself. And Bruce's own father escapes a mental hospital to destroy Bruce and the so called "monster gene".
END CREDIT SCENE: Tony Stark has a meeting with Ross.
