Synopsis

Bruce Banner life changed drastically after he was involved in a gamma radiation accident, transforming him into the monster known as the Hulk. Since then, he spent the rest of his days running and hiding, afraid of what would happen if the military caught him and the things the Hulk could do. On the other side, General Thadeus Ross formed an elite military task force to find and stop the Hulk, and is willing to do heinous things to capture the monster. Enter soldier Emil Blonsk, who had his life destroyed by the Hulk and is so blinded by revenge that he will allow himself to become a monster to stop one.

Description of Hulk is our problem now (Post credit 1):

In his office, Ross finds himself thinking about the actions that have occurred in the hunt for the Hulk and what the next steps will be, when he is interrupted by the arrival of Maria Hill, who informs him that SHIELD is now responsible for the Hulk case.
