Bruce Banner while working gets injected with gamma radiation, which turns him into the Hulk if he gets too angry. Thaddeus Ross, the Father of Bruce's girlfriend, starts trying to hunt him down. Chancellor Palpatine tells Fury to deal with the Hulk, believing that he's a threat to the world. But Fury thinks differently and sends the Wolverine out to find more about the Hulk, a decision he will later regret.
