Fan Casting General Thaddeus Ross in The Incredible Hulk

General Thaddeus "Thunderbolt" Ross is a military veteran who was put in charge of a project to recreate the super-soldier serum. The expiriment fails and turns one of his employees, Bruce Banner, into the Hulk. The Hulk goes on a rampage in town and Thaddeus, who's responsible for creating the Hulk, actively turns another man into a similar monster using the same technology so that he can capture the Hulk and save his reputation.
