Bruce Banner has become nothing short of the most infamous man in the Western Hemisphere. After being revealed to the world as the Incredible Hulk, Banner has been taken deep underground where Ross intends to keep him sedated for the rest of his natural life... if he doesn't get the order to terminate him first. But things aren't as cut and dry as the General would like. castingsinmyblood Throughout the film, I want there to be an uncomfortable and stuffy atmosphere, exacerbated by the actions of the characters. Also running through the film are the parallel stories of Bruce's childhood (witnessed as dreams Bruce has in his unconscious state) and the controversy surrounding the Hulk in the present day, where the pentagon, big business, and others debate over the "proper" course of action to take. Protestors gather around Los Diablos with signs and slogans, conspiracies begin to come into focus, and tempers flare. The straw that breaks the camel's back, however, is when Brian Banner, now an old man, infiltrates the base and attempts to "mercy kill" Bruce. Awakening from a nightmare about his mother's death (the final vision in the film), Bruce goes on a rampage after his father through the base, which eventually leads to an explosion that engulfs the base. Now freed from captivity, the Hulk charges off into the desert
