After defeating Commander Blonsky, Banner gives himself up to S.H.I.E.L.D. to be placed under surveillance at a facility known as “the Cube” as a sign of cooperation. However, when General Ross objects to Banner being placed under S.H.I.E.L.D. Custody, Agent Barton tells him to take it up with his employer: Director Nick Fury.
